Why it matters

Industry trade shows are the moment of maximum brand exposure — and maximum paper waste: you print 1,000 cards, hand out 700, the other 300 end up in the trash, and of those 700, maybe 50 will make it into your CRM. With bizCARD the booth goes digital: every exhibitor has a branded QR that points to the card, every visitor scans it from their smartphone, contacts go automatically into their address book.

The short link on the invitation or event program becomes the geo-targeting tool for international visitors: Germans see the DE program, Italians the IT version, Swiss visitors get FR or IT depending on region. All from a single link printed on promotional materials — no different versions per country.

Post-event is where real ROI plays out: the professional email signature of the entire staff includes a link to the card, follow-up meeting booking, downloadable brochures. Booth analytics show how many visitors scanned the QR, what countries they came from, what devices. Comparing the same analytics across different fairs reveals which event is truly productive for the business.

How it works

  1. 1

    Create staff cards

Photo, role, area (sales, technical, marketing). Every staff member has their own card with personal QR.

  2. 2

    Generate booth QRs

Branded QR for the booth banner, hostesses, promotional materials. Printable in high resolution at any format.

  3. 3

    Enable post-event follow-up

Configure cards to accept meeting bookings in the days after the show. Staff receive requests directly into their calendar.

FAQ

How many different QRs can I generate for the same fair?

Unlimited. Create one for the main banner, one for each hostess, one for each printed material (brochure, swag, badge). Each with dedicated analytics to understand where visitors scan most.

Do international visitors see the card in their language?

Yes. The card automatically displays in the visitor's system language (it/en/de/fr/es). For the 5 main languages everything is ready; for others, fallback to the configured default language.

Does it work offline or with slow connection?

The card loads as a standard webpage. On 3G/4G fair stand connections it's fast (~1 second). Saving the contact to the address book doesn't need a connection: the vCard file is handled locally by the OS.

Can we connect the leads collected to our CRM?

Yes, on Business plan. Bookings and leads generated by the card can be synced via webhook to HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive. On Enterprise, custom integration is available.

Are scan stats real-time?

Yes. The dashboard shows card views and QR scans while the event is ongoing. Useful for re-allocating staff to the booth based on traffic peaks.
