For retail and hospitality
WiFi QR codes for guests, floor team cards, smart links for digital menus and bookings.
In retail and hospitality the first contact happens on premises — at the table, at reception, at the till, in the window. The WiFi QR code is the classic example: the customer enters, scans the QR, is connected to the WiFi without asking the bartender for the password. Right after, the QR can take them to the digital menu, the booking system, the reviews page.
For restaurants, the digital menu via short link solves the version problem: Italian for locals, English for tourists, German for German-speaking Swiss. A single QR on the table, geo-targeting that detects the visitor's country via IP, and each one sees the menu in their language. Updating prices or adding dishes is a CMS edit, not a print run.
For hotels, the digital concierge card includes staff photos, contacts, service booking (transfer, restaurant, excursions). The customer no longer needs to find the intercom or call: scan from the room QR, book directly. Staff see requests in real time, manage confirmations, and everything stays tracked to improve service.
WiFi, menu, table booking, map. Every QR is customized with your brand colors and logo.
Stickers on tables, in the window, at the till, in hotel rooms. Vector SVG for any print format.
QRs point to dynamic destinations. Change the menu online, update prices, replace the page — the table QRs keep working.
Yes. iOS from version 11, Android from 10 natively read the WiFi QR and connect automatically. On older versions visitors see the password and can copy it manually.
Yes. The QR points to a short link that redirects to the online menu page. Edit the menu online, the physical QR stays the same and immediately shows the updated version.
The short link detects the country of origin via IP (CH, IT, DE, FR, etc.) and redirects to the menu version in the matching language. Configurable fallback for visitors from unmapped countries.
Yes. Create a chain short link that redirects based on the visitor's geolocation to the closest venue. Great for multi-location chains with shared brand theme.
Printed on resistant material (laminated PVC sticker, aluminum), they last years. The QR's error correction guarantees readability even with small scratches or dirt. Material cost: a few francs per venue.
