Average of public list prices (team plan, annual billing) read on the official websites on 21.09.2026, published in USD and converted at 1 USD = CHF 0.83 (09/2026).

Why it matters

A team that wants digital cards, consistent email signatures, branded QR codes, short links and appointment booking often ends up with five different subscriptions, each with its own per-user price, invoice and dashboard. The calculator adds up the average public list prices of those services for the number of people you set.

On the other side is the bizCARD plan that fits that team, with a flat price in francs that includes all five features. Market averages come from the providers' public price lists (team plan, annual billing) converted to francs; bizCARD prices come straight from the site's price list.

The comparison is honest: for a small team that only needs digital cards, a per-user price can cost less, and the calculator shows that instead of inventing a saving. The advantage of one platform grows with the number of people and features in use.

How it works

  1. 1

    Set the team size

The slider goes from 1 to 100. The suggested bizCARD plan follows.

  2. 2

    Read the two columns

On the left, the sum of five separate subscriptions; on the right, the bizCARD plan with everything included.

  3. 3

    Check the saving

Per month and per year. Above a certain size the numbers tip in favor of the platform.

FAQ

Where do the market prices come from?

From the public price lists of several providers per service, team plan with annual billing, checked in September 2026 and converted to francs. We show the average, not individual names.

Are the bizCARD prices up to date?

Yes: the calculator reads the same price list as the pricing page, so they cannot drift apart.

Why is there no saving for a small team?

Because there isn't one. With few people and a single feature, a per-user subscription costs less than a full plan. The calculator says so: the benefit is having one tool, not the price.

What about more than 100 people?

That is Enterprise territory, with SSO, SCIM and a custom domain: price on request, depending on headcount and integrations.

Does the calculator store anything?

No. There is nothing to fill in beyond the team size and nothing is sent to our servers.
